Payment Policy

Payments on GearMate are processed securely. This policy explains accepted payment methods, confirmation, and what happens if a transaction fails.

Secure payments

Payments are processed via PayFast. GearMate does not store your card details.

Payment methods

  • Card payments (credit/debit) via PayFast
  • Instant EFT (where available through PayFast)

Order confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and we receive confirmation from the payment gateway.

Failed or cancelled payments

  • If payment fails or is cancelled, the order will not be processed.
  • You can try again by returning to the checkout page.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
